Smiffys Stag wobble

As a laugh for Smiffys impending nuptials 10 men and good set off on a MTB tour of some of Northants finest Ale houses ( and a few dives). With a drink in each and a great sunny day to play with we set off.Every pub had to be in a different village and the route was mainly offroad. 12 pubs later darkness called a halt on the five wobbly survivors.
There was amazingly little carnage but Glynn had problems with his water depths but mastered the pub garden exits superbly.





So the records now set, this could become an annual challenge.

Lloyd and Adi "the S works Kids" hit the dusty shores of Sherwood Pines for the final big race of the season. BCF report here and full results here TIMELAPS Looks like Adi blew it bigstylee while BigRing got a cracking fast start but paid for it in the end coming home 15th. STOP PRESS CHECK LLOYDS RANKINGS - wow 8TH

Adi stuck it out for the 6Hr event the next day RESULTS and got a fine 3rd place with 11 laps in 6hrs just behind the Extreme boys. Ah then you look at the open race results and see that our mate the Flying Gavin Rumbles did 12 laps, way to go Gav. (Pics thanks to Joolz)

SHORT TRACK RULES

 ENTRY IS FREE TO ALL RACE ENTRANTS
 THERE WILL BE 3 HEATS – YOU CHOOSE WHICH ONE YOU WISH TO ENTER JUST TURN UP FOR YOUR CHOSEN ONE – OR ALL 3 IF YOU FEEL FIT (NO LIMIT TO ENTRIES)
 YOU MUST HAVE 1 FOOT ON THE FLOOR AT THE START AND FALSE STARTERS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
 FIRST 2 OVER THE LINE WILL GO THROUGH TO THE FINAL FROM EACH HEAT
 6 RIDERS FROM THE HEATS WILL RACE THE FINAL – YOU WILL BE ALLOWED A HELPER TO HOLD YOU ON THE START. HEAT WINNERS GET A GRID CHOICE
 THE WINNER WILL RECEIVE A PAIR OF TIOGA XC FOLDING TYRES. 2ND PRIZE WILL BE CASH.

 HEAT 1 WILL BE AT 6.30 PROMPT
 HEAT 2 WILL BE AT 6.40 PROMPT
 HEAT 3 WILL BE AT 6.50 PROMPT
 THE FINAL AT 7.00 PROMPT
 NO SHOW AND WE GO WITHOUT YOU
